Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites New York Brooklyn

Everything was great!!!! super close to the plans we had for two days and Barry was awesome at the front desk!!! definitely will be staying here again!!! Also the coffee was amazing and the continental breakfast was pretty good to hold us over until we went to have more treats in town.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. I originally booked just one night while visiting Brooklyn (I’m from New Jersey), and I ended up extending my stay for three additional nights — that’s how much I enjoyed it. From the moment you walk in, it feels welcoming. The complimentary popcorn in the lobby is such a small touch, but it’s a huge green flag and sets the tone right away. The rooms are clean, fresh, and well kept. I stayed on the 8th floor and had a nice view overlooking the parking lot — which was actually a huge plus because having on-site parking in New York is rare. Being able to see my truck and always have peace of mind about parking made the stay even better. Breakfast was solid — scrambled eggs, beef sausage, turkey sausage, grits, gravy, and more. It’s served in the morning (around 6/7am–10am), and it’s a great way to start the day. There’s also a small fitness center with dumbbells, a workout bench, treadmills, and a nice mirror setup — perfect for locking in and getting a good workout in. Most importantly, the customer service was amazing. I can’t overstate that. A special shoutout to Eve (actually spelled Y-V-E-S), who works overnight — she was incredibly hospitable, kind, and personable. She truly made the experience special and made sure all my needs were met. By the end of my stay, I had to give her a hug because that’s how genuinely cared for I felt. This is officially my go-to hotel in Brooklyn. Hands down. I’ll definitely be back.

Everything was great, the room, the bed, the shower. The hotel seemed recently renovated. The people who work there are very nice. It's about forty minutes by subway from Times Square. If you get off at Barclays Center it's a ten or fifteen minute walk to the hotel. If you are used to European hotel breakfasts this one might be a little disappointing. I would certainly go back.

Breakfast staff ( Young Man ) had excellent customer service skills. Felt right at home. Like breakfast location. Rooms are adequate. I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed there for an entire week. Had a great experience. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The service was excellent. In particular, Barry at the front desk was consistently terrific. Helpful, kind and welcoming h is all about service. Nick and his morning team in the breakfast area were wonderful. There was a very large group of international visitors that required Nick to really stay on top of supplying and replacing breakfast items. Also showed tremendous patience and kindness to a few rude guests who were a bit clueless. Admired Nick a lot. Marriott is lucky to have both Nick and Barry.

Room was cozy and clean. For the price, it suited my needs for a 2 night stay with my son. The breakfast was basic with not a lot of options, but it held us over until we were able to explore. I enjoyed the rooftop which had seating and a nice view of the city. You could even make out the statue of Liberty in the distance. We were also able to play foosball which was available on the terrace, along with a few other games. There were plenty of restaurants and bodegas in walking distance. I didn't take pictures of the room, but it was clean. I'd stay again.

Fairfield by Marriott Brooklyn provided a pleasant experience. The staff offered excellent service, and the location was super convenient. While the rooms were fine, the strong points for me were the attentive service and the hotel's accessibility. Would recommend it for these reasons!

The rooms are clean and comfortable but not unusually awesome. Breakfast is standard hotel breakfast with plenty of food available. The rooftop view is amazing and there is great communal space. Location was exactly where we needed it to be. Was traveling with a large group so having many spaces to hang together outside the rooms was wonderful. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall, this was the perfect place for what we needed.
